If any product sold by Bear Grip Ltd is damaged, defective or has any other problem must be reported to us within 7 days.  Please contact us via email that can be found in the help list on the top right corner of the website.

Statutory Obligation

In accordance with you statutory rights you have the option to withdraw from purchase within 7 working days from the day of the items delivery.

Please allow a minimum of 7 working days for your refund or exchange to be processed. The consumer at their own expense must return products within 28 days of cancellation and in original packaging. We will generate a prepaid return label for your convenience and all you have to do is drop it off to your closest Royal Mail service office. All monies will be refunded for the product including delivery charges, except for the return postal charges. 

1. Return Eligibility

All items intended for return must be in their original condition, unaltered, unworn, and in the original packaging. Items that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return.

2. Proof of Postage

Customers are strongly advised to obtain proof of postage when returning items. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return transit. Proof of postage will be essential in situations where items do not arrive or are delayed.

3. Tracking Confirmation

Refunds or replacements will only be issued once we have received the returned items. The receipt of items will be confirmed through tracking information. If the tracking does not confirm the receipt of the item, no refund or replacement will be issued.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on the payment provider.

5. Replacements

If you wish to replace an item, please indicate this when initiating the return. Replacements will be sent out once the original item has been received and inspected.

6. Time Frame

All returns must be initiated within [7 days] of receiving the item. Any returns attempted after this period will not be accepted.

7. Exceptions
