For rings and dynamic bodyweight movements, Bear Grip Ascend™ is the most suitable option due to its fingerless design and freedom of movement. The Multi Grip Rubber, Nubuck Leather, and Leather models are optimised for pull-up bars, barbells, dumbbells, cable attachments, and general pulling exercises. Lifting Hooks are intended for barbell and machine-based pulling movements and are not recommended for ring work.
