What is Bear Grip’s Return Policy?
Items can be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery.
Your item must be:
- In the same condition
- Unworn or unused
- With tags and in its original packaging
- You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item.
To request a return via self-service, please navigate to your account, click on "Returns," and complete all the required information. Please await confirmation from the Bear Grip admin regarding your request.
Do you accept exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges due to the logistics of our current fulfillment.
We advise returning your order to receive a refund.
Once the return is accepted make a separate order for the new item.
Can I request a return/refund for sale items?
We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for items purchased at a discounted price.
What if my order has damaged/issues?
Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
You may request a refund if the item is:
- Within 60 days from the day of delivery for gloves and straps.
- Within 6 months from the day of delivery for belts.

Can I request a refund/replacement for the bag case?
The bag provided is intended as packaging material rather than a durable carrying solution.
We do not offer replacement/refund for the packaging bag as it's not considered part of the product's functional accessories.
It is not designed to serve as a long-term storage or carrying case for the belt.
