Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. You may request a refund or replacement depending on the situation.
Most Items: Within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Exceptions:
- Sale items: Sale items are offered at a discounted price and are considered final sale. While refunds are not typically offered, we may consider exchanges for size. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.
- Consumable items: No returns or exchanges on consumable items.
Items must be returned in their original condition:
- You have 14 days to cancel your order for any reason, starting from the day you receive your items. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for a full refund. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return delivery.
Returns due to defects or errors:
- If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Covered: Manufacturing defects upon delivery, such as bents, dents, scratches, or leaks (e.g., water bottles).
- Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, loss, or theft.
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction unless agreed otherwise.
Deductions:
- Deductions may be made for loss in value caused by unnecessary handling of goods.
Refund Timelines:
- Following the receipt of returned goods, or the provision of evidence of the return, a full refund will be credited to the original payment method within 14 days
Withholding Refunds:
- Refunds may be withheld until goods are received or proof of return is provided, whichever is earlier.
- Bear Grip UK cannot be held responsible for lost or missing packages returned by customers. To ensure the safe and verified delivery of your return, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining the tracking information for your records.
Limitations:
- Mouth guards cannot be returned or exchanged once used, as this is a hygiene-sensitive product, ensuring the health and safety of all our customers.
