Gift Card & Conditions

Please read the following before redeeming your gift card.

  1. WebsiteThe gift card is valid exclusively at www.beargrip.co.uk.
  2. EligibilityGift card eligibility is limited to individuals identified by FMG International as eligible recipients. Bear Grip reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to redemption.
  3. One Gift Card Per RecipientOne gift card may be issued per eligible recipient.
  4. Non-TransferableThe gift card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other alternative.
  5. No ResaleThe gift card may not be sold, auctioned, transferred for value, or otherwise commercially exploited.
  6. Expiry DateThe gift card must be redeemed by December 31, 2026 at 00:00 GMT. Any unused balance remaining after this date will expire.
  7. RedemptionThe gift card may be used for one or more purchases until the available balance has been fully redeemed or the expiry date has passed, whichever occurs first.
  8. Remaining BalanceAny unused balance may be applied towards future purchases made before the expiry date. Remaining balances can be viewed during checkout.
  9. Order ValueIf the order value exceeds the available gift card balance, the remaining balance must be paid by the customer.
  10. Product AvailabilityGift card redemption is subject to product availability at the time of order.
  11. Shipping ChargesShipping charges may apply depending on the delivery destination and are not included within the gift card value unless expressly stated.
  12. Delivery RestrictionsDelivery availability may vary by country or region. Certain products or delivery services may not be available in all countries or regions.
  13. Customs and Import ChargesThe recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
  14. Redemption AssistanceRecipients located outside our standard delivery regions may contact commercial@beargrip.co.uk for assistance with gift card redemption.
  15. Combination with Other OffersThe gift card may not be used in conjunction with any other discount code, promotion, or special offer unless otherwise stated.
  16. Alternative ArrangementWhere delivery to a recipient's location is not reasonably possible, Bear Grip reserves the right to offer an alternative product, alternative delivery arrangement, or gift card of equivalent value.
  17. Promotion ChangesBear Grip reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion where reasonably necessary.
  18. SupportRecipients experiencing difficulty redeeming their gift card or arranging delivery may contact commercial@beargrip.co.uk and our team will assist in finding a suitable solution.
  19. Governing LawThese Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
